How to Cancel Factor Meals

Factor’s Terms tell you to cancel from your online account (Account Settings → End Meal Subscription) or by contacting Customer Care; checkout terms state you can cancel online from your account menu before the weekly deadline.

Official cancellation steps

Log on to your account. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner, then click Account Settings. On the Plan settings page, scroll down and click End Meal Subscription (under Status section). Timing and conditions (from the brand)
