Cancel Green Chef
Green Chef’s Terms section 10.3 describes canceling from Account Settings → Manage before the deadline on My Menu, or via Customer Care contact options on Green Chef’s site.
Official cancellation steps
- Log on to your Account. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner, then click Account Settings. Scroll down on the Plan settings page and click Manage (under Subscription Status section). Follow the prompt(s) for your cancellation. Green Chef Terms — Section 10.3 Cancellation Procedures
- You may also cancel your Account by contacting Green Chef Customer Care using the contact options on Green Chef’s official site, stating that you wish to cancel your Subscription, along with your full name and registered email address. Green Chef Terms — Section 10.3 Cancellation Procedures
Timing and conditions (from the brand)
- If you wish to cancel your Account subscription and/or cancel or change an order, you must do so before the day and time listed on the My Menu page (for example, five days prior to your next scheduled delivery for a Tuesday delivery). Green Chef Terms — Section 10.3 Cancellation Procedures
- If you do so after the time listed for your delivery day, you will be charged and receive your Meal Box for that week, and the cancellation will take effect for the following Delivery Week. Green Chef Terms — Section 10.3 Cancellation Procedures
